How to Buy

All the art is for sale

Prices will be marked on the frames, in the catalogue (which double as Mr Thomas’s menu) and on the website. Simply speak with a manger in Tom’s or contact Sinead Robbins-Smith. We will take your contact information and reserve the piece for you.

The work will be available for collection when the exhibition closes.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, all the sale proceeds are divided equally between the contributing students and our registered charity.

The shortlisted works are held back for our charity auction on Thursday 14th July

Everyone can take part in this, whether you attend or not.
The top 25 pieces, those shortlisted by the judges, will be sold on the evening of Thursday 14th July in a charity fund-raising auction – after the Gold and Silver awards have been announced.

Spaces at the auction dinner are limited. So we suggest that, if you are interested in one of these pieces, you can lodge your bid with us beforehand. The system will be something like that used by e-Bay:

Identify the picture by name and catalogue / bid number
Give us your minimum bid
And the maximum you are prepared to go up to
Remember that the reserve price for these works is £300
The best works are displayed upstairs in our offices and are available for private viewings by appointment or by asking a member of staff. If they be spared from the floor, they will accompany you around the boardroom.

For your information, auction pieces went for between £300 and £750 last year. This reflects the quality of the work and the efforts of our professional auctioneer, Robert Stones.

They could be great investments. They will certainly be something original and distinctive. And you can be sure that you’ve done a good thing.

Payments

To maximise the charity’s income, we prefer you to make out personal cheques for 50% of the balance to the NWAA if possible and to complete a Gift Aid form. We will help with this.
